Welcome to Star City Housing Authority! As a Public Housing Agency, we specialize in assisting low-income families and individuals with finding suitable living arrangements. Participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and Public Housing programs, we're committed to upholding the belief that housing should be affordable for all. Our housing consists of homes that can accommodate singles to entire families. Qualifications are based on income as well as several other factors. All our living quarters are updated, well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing so residents can enjoy a space to call home.
